Traditional foods have been continuously consumed since ancient times. These are foods that people have recognized throughout their lives as being gentle on the body. Because they have been loved for such a long time, they can truly be considered safe foods.
We investigated hundreds of ingredients in search of foods useful for blood glucose management. Our focus was on extracting beneficial ingredients from "traditional foods with a rich history of consumption." As a result, after conducting thousands of combination tests, we finally arrived at a fermented soybean food called "Touchi" (Douchi).

We manufacture this "Touchi" using our proprietary technology and have succeeded in extracting the beneficial ingredient "Touchi Extract," which gently helps to manage blood glucose levels. We have currently obtained a patent for the technology based on this discovery. In this way, the power of traditional foods passed down from ancient people is maximized through the power of science.

Fermenting steamed soybeans with microorganisms—because we make the most of nature's blessings, our manufacturing process is extremely simple. Precisely because it is simple, its quality is heavily influenced by the raw soybeans used. To produce high-quality Touchi, we start from the soil itself and use exclusively non-GMO organic soybeans.

Maximizing the power of traditional foods passed down from ancient people through the power of science—sometimes, the involvement of the "power of science" leads to concerns and questions regarding safety. To alleviate such concerns and ensure that customers can consume our product with peace of mind every day, we have scientifically verified the safety of "Touchi Extract." The results of these verifications have been published as academic papers.
Furthermore, we have conducted clinical trials on humans to confirm the efficacy of Touchi Extract, while also verifying that there are no adverse events.
Genotoxicity Test: AMES test → Negative, Micronucleus test → Negative
Repeated Dose Toxicity Test: 28-day repeated dose test → Equivalent to 5g/day intake for a person weighing 60kg is safe.
